BUENOS AIRES/MENDOZA/SAN RAFAEL/SANTIAGO 12 nights/13 days
DAY 1: BUENOS AIRES:
Assistance and transfer from airport to hotel. Half day city tour.
Welcome dinner at one of the excellent steak-houses in town to enjoy
our well known steaks and wines.
Day
2- BUENOS AIRES:
Transfer to domestic airport and flight to MENDOZA: Reception and
transfer to the hoteL.In the afternoon, tour around the city of
Mendoza.
Day
3: MENDOZA:
Full day visit to wineries and vineyards - La Rural (San Felipe)This
winery has got a museum which shows elements used in the wine industry
since the times of the colony - Peñaflor (TRAPICHE) this
winery has got a vat with a capacity of over 5million litres used
for blending table wines - Lopez an old and traditional winery with
a large international market.

4- MENDOZA:
Full day visit to wineries and vineyards - Lagarde -Norton Chandon
Dinner at 1884 Restaurant owned by Francis
Malmann, very well known Argentine chef.
Day
5- MENDOZA:
Transfer from Mendoza to San Rafael (250 km South of the city of
Mendoza) going along the new vine growing area of Valle de Uco (districts
of Tupungato and Tunuyan) where there have been lots of foreign
investments lately, particularly on the well known Malbec grapes.
Accommodation in San Rafael.

6- SAN RAFAEL:
Full day visit to wineries and vineyards - Bianchi and Suter Two
very important and large wineries.

7- SAN RAFAEL:
Surface transfer to Mendoza.
Visit to the Atuel Canyon in San Rafael which is one of the most
beautiful geological features in Mendoza Province. Accommodation
in Mendoza.

8- MENDOZA:
Transfer from Mendoza to Santiago by bus. The crossing of the Andes
is spectacular. You'll be able to see the highest mountains in America
including the Aconcagua(6959m), the Tupungato (6820m) and the Tolosa
(5432m) with their glaciers and the rivers flowing down into the
valleys. SANTIAGO : Accommodation at the hotel.

9- SANTIAGO:
Full day visit to wineries and vineyards Undurraga-Tarapaca.
Free time for lunch at the village of Pomaire.
Dinner at Aquí esá Coco Restaurant.
Day
10- SANTIAGO:
Full day tour to Valparaiso, important and old port of Chile and
to Vina del Mar, beautifull beach resort. On the way visit to the
vineyards of Veramonte and Cuvée Mum. Lunch en route.
Day
11- SANTIAGO:
Transfer to the airport and flight to BUENOS AIRES: Transfer to
the Hotel.
Day
12 - BUENOS AIRES:
Half day tour to the residential district of San Isidro including
the coastline train.
Evening dinner and tango show at Senor Tango, the most
spectacular and well-know tango show in Buenos Aires.

13- BUENOS AIRES:
Transfer from the hotel to the airport.
PRICES INCLUDE:
- Private services with bilingual speaking guides.
- All visits to wineries guided by experts from the wineries. Wine
testing.
- Accommodation including breakfast and taxes.

SEASON:
ideal months are from January to end of March. Harvest starts February
and ends April. This is a suggested itinerary that can be modified
according to clients requirements. An extension to Colonia
del Sacramento, wine producing area in Uruguay can be arranged,
as well as other wine producing areas in Argentina, such as Cafayate,
San Juan, La Rioja or Neuquen.
